Down by the River…

Down by the River…

Yesterday, Ben, Mallory & I went down to the river a short while before sunset because Mallory had her first Photo II assignment to complete. The old water treatment plant is just a concrete shell of what it used to be, the path to get there more and more overgrown. But when there just after [...]

Yesterday, while I was photoshoppong all the photos I posted, I got an idea for a self portrait. Mallory let me barrow her tripod and I proceeded to setup all my gear for the photo. This is very close to what I envisioned but I still might be doing some more here soon.

I’ll Never Wash These Shirts Again!

Wow, so this photo shot is a little old just like my Wyonming images. These were taken the week after I got back, but since I always try and put my photos shoots on my blog in the order they were shot, well these got pushed back a little. Erin came over with her friend, [...]

Blue & Yellow are my favorite colors!

Lauren, a photographer that worked for me at the Colonnade, came over today so that we could discuss some possibilites for photos. But when she arrived she had this amazing glow about her with the yellow shirt and her amazing eyes, and I had to capture it with my camera. So I took her to [...]

Hot & Muggy with a side of Flies!

Hot & Muggy with a side of Flies!

Dreaming of Brown’s Crossing

Dreaming of Brown’s Crossing

Whoever said you can’t meet the woman of your dreams in a bar? Well I didn’t meet her in a bar, I had met her before hand, but seeing her at a bar reminded how stunningly beautiful she was and that I needed to ask her if she would like to model for me. This [...]

The Stonehenge Build.

The Stonehenge Build.

My philosopher friend, Joe Weissman (check out his philospophy blog here), came by to talk about the workings of everything we know dear on this evening with Janga Blocks in hand. After much intriguing conversation and a couple games of Janga the idea to build Stonehenge was formed. This image is proof that we built [...]

Monday evening, Mallory, Ben, and I took a short trek over to the same train tracks that first started my photography of Mallory. She needed to do a self-portrait assignment for her Photo I class and enlisted my help in the process. Naturally, I brought my camera and some new lighting gear along as well [...]
