On New Years Day 2010, I got to check out the Avett Brothers show at the Fabulous Fox Theatre in Atlanta, Georgia. Avett’s high energy makes for an entertaining show every night. Before the show, I had a chat with Avett’s cello player, Joe Kwon, about his food on the road blog called Taste on Tour. I really enjoy his style of just making recommendations and not being a critic. His post for Atlanta includes one of my favorites, R. Thomas, making me immediately trust his opinion of food. I have to give a shout out to Pete, Avett’s Lighting Technician, for making my job a bit easier with some sweet light! Thanks Pete!
